By placing an online order with Don Papa Grande, you agree to a 4.99% online ordering service fee applied to each meal. The 4.99% online ordering service fee supports the development, maintenance, and servicing of the system’s software and hardware.
Orders that have already been prepared can no longer be modified or changed. If an order has not yet been prepared or has been placed for a later date, we may allow changes. Please contact us immediately to request any changes.
We reserve the right to cancel an order without providing a reason. A cancellation may occur because of product unavailability, pricing errors, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.
We will inform you of changes to your order and provide a refund if an order is cancelled by us. We will not be held liable for damages resulting from our exercise of this right.
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. Order cancellation is at our sole discretion. If your food has not yet been prepared, we will generally allow you to cancel the order and receive a refund. Once your order has been prepared, you will no longer be able to cancel it.
Refunds may be issued at our discretion and may be partial or full, depending on the circumstances. Refunds will not be issued when a customer orders the wrong item or makes the wrong selection.
If you believe your order was not as advertised, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. If a refund is issued, it will be returned through the original payment method. Credit or debit card refunds can take up to two weeks to process but will generally be completed within three to five business days.
Our premises are a licensed alcohol venue. We must comply with all applicable local and state laws regarding the sale and service of alcohol. This includes not serving alcohol to anyone under 21 years of age, anyone who appears intoxicated, or anyone whom we decline to serve at our discretion.
No outside beverages or alcohol may be brought onto the premises unless expressly authorized. We reserve the right to ask customers to leave if they behave inappropriately or fail to comply with our policies.
We accept credit and debit cards.
Our listed prices do not include tax. Our tax rate is 6% for applicable state and local taxes combined.
All images and content on our site are owned by Don Papa Grande or our third-party licensors. This content may not be distributed, modified, reproduced, or used for any purpose without our prior consent, which may be refused at our discretion.
